The project is about developing eco-friendly metal-based coating on polymer substrates to achieve a metallic and luxurious thin film for decorative purposes in the automotive industry. 

 

Working with: Polymers, Thin FIlm, PVD machine, Material Characterizations (SEM,EDS, AFM, XRD) and Fucntional Characterization (CIE-lab, Refectifity and triboboly testing)

Lasin Lab is an additive manufacturing laboratory at the University of Ljubljana that focuses on innovating direct energy deposition (DED) machine metal 3D printing.

The project I was working on was designed for a vacuum chamber for the operation part of the machine which included material selection, part design, simulations, and part supply and reporting.

Working as an R&D engineer who is responsible for innovation and technology research for hardware for Kico Max 2nd generation of Jiwo Elelktro of their company. The project is a new product introduction which includes design thinking, prototyping, running pre-product tests, manufacturing products and evaluations.
